Private Play Date
Experience an open play studio session for 90 minutes for up to 12 children with a snack included for each attendee. Only you and your invited guests will admitted during this private event.
No birthday, decorations, celebrations, outside food allowed- please see party packages for those events.

Private event terms:
-Your private event must be paid in full at the time of booking. No refunds or credits will be given for this private event booking. You will be allowed one reschedule of your private event up as long as 48 hours of notice prior to the event start time is provided.
-Our total occupancy for Studio A play Hub is 30 individuals.
-If your event runs over the 90 minute session allowed, you will be charged the following increases via card on file.
15-30 minutes over: $30 overcharge
30 minutes- 55 minutes over: $60 overcharge
60 minutes: $100 overcharge
-No decorations including nails, tacs, etc are allowed,
-Handwashing and/or handwipes after any food is required before entering the play hub. Shoes must be removed before entering The Emerging Parent.
-No food or open cups are allowed in the gated portion of the play studio
-Guests may be asked to sign liability waiver upon arrival.
We require that you follow all rules and policies of The Emerging Parent as listed on the website and sent to you in email with the contract.
