Basic Birthday Private event terms:

-A deposit of $150 will be required to reserve your date.

-Your event must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

-Our total occupancy is 50 individuals (this is children and adults included).

-If your event runs over the 2 hours and 15 minutes allowed, you are agreeing to be charged the following increases via card on file.

15-30 minutes over: $30 overcharge
30 minutes- 55 minutes over: $60 overcharge
60 minutes: $100 overcharge

-No permanent decorations including nails, tacs, etc are allowed, temporary and damage free decorations are allowed. Damage fees at the discretion of owner will be assessed if policies are violated.

-Handwashing and/or handwipes after any food is required before entering the play studio. Shoes must be removed before entering the play studio, we can accommodate individuals who may not be able to remove their shoes due to mobility needs with shoe covers.

-No food or open cups outside of the party room. Refusal to follow policy may result in carpet cleaning fee.

-Guests may be asked to sign liability waiver upon arrival.

We require that you follow all rules and policies of The Emerging Parent as listed on the website and sent to you in email with the contract.
