Cancellation and Refund Policy
Memberships auto renew unless cancelled. Passes are non-transferrable. Unused passes do not roll over to the next month. Cancel anytime by emailing info@mimmoplaycafe.com. Unused passes at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! If you aren't completely happy with your MIMMO Play Cafe experience you can cancel for the next month. No penalty or contracts. There are 4 weeks in which we will be closed for studio enhancements and will offer make-up classes, credits or in some cases pro-rated refunds.
