Description
Building on concepts developed in our popular Pattern Play class, MinniExplorers - Patterns + Prints explores patterns through the lens of real-world creative applications, including interior design, fashion design, and graphic design. Students will learn about the many visual elements of patterns to create all kinds of designs using a variety of materials and methods. Regular field trips to local furniture showrooms, nearby artists’ studios, and neighboring galleries will provide tangible inspiration for one-of-a-kind projects such as woven wall hangings, repeating motif scarves, and building facade collages.

We welcome drop-ins, however please enroll at least 72 hours before a scheduled class to reserve your spot.
We require enrollment of three students to run a class. We will email you in advance to transfer your child to another class or issue a full refund if we do not have the required enrollment.
Free parking up to 90 minutes is available at 367 Albany Street.
Please park strollers and scooters on the patio outside across from the studio.
