Break out of your routine for a vibrant evening of art-making with local modern artist Mia Cross. Mia will welcome grown-ups of all ages and artistic abilities to this refreshing take on a traditional paint night; her contemporary works will in turn welcome innovation and inspiration across the evening. Participants will explore painting still life scenes and mixing color as they study Mia's unique, shape-and-color saturated styles. Sip and paint or paint and sip - there's no wrong answer to this workshop.

About Mia
Mia Cross is a Boston-based artist who concentrates in oil painting, mural work, and sculpture. She graduated from Boston University in 2014 with a double major in painting and sculpture. Since that time Mia has participated in multiple residences, has exhibited in solo and group shows throughout New England and New York, and has sold her work to patrons throughout the United States and Europe. Recently she was honored to create murals on the Rose Kennedy Greenway of Boston, throughout Tender Greens restaurant in the Copley Mall, and in the Facebook headquarters in Cambridge. Mia exhibits her work in her studio at 450 Harrison Ave and at Fountain Street Gallery of SoWa.
