50% is due within 10 days of receiving the invoice/confirmation to hold your program date
Full payment is due 4 weeks before your program date
Choose a rain date at the time of booking when possible.
If canceled more than 4 weeks ahead of time, 50% down is non-refundable, 2nd half of the fee is not due/refunded.
If canceled within 4 weeks of the program, no refund will be issued
If a program is canceled due to inclement weather, and a rain date was not established at the time of the program booking, and cannot be rescheduled due to availability of the Gardens or the booker, a 50% refund will be issued.
