Description
Kids become more aware of their skills and enjoy accompanying themselves on musical instruments as they sing their favorite songs. They learn about rhythm through bongos, wood blocks and other percussion ensembles and also experiment with the melodic possibilities of instruments like the xylophone. Children develop a fine ear and are able to distinguish between sounds of different musical instruments such as violin, cello, bassoon, clarinet, trumpet, harp and many more. Teachers introduce basic concepts such as how music is notated and help children build an understanding of note reading.
