Thank you for choosing My Art House Studio for your special event! We are excited to host your party and ensure a memorable, fun, and safe experience. Please review the following guidelines and policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all parties involved.
1. Event Details & Timing
Event Duration: The studio rental is for a maximum of 3 hours, which includes both setup and cleanup time.
Available Times: Party rentals are available Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Extensions: If you need additional time, the event may be extended for $50 per 30 minutes, provided 48 hours' notice is given prior to the event.
2. Guest Capacity
The studio can accommodate 20-40 guests, depending on the type of party and space requirements.
No age limit: This space is suitable for all ages, but parents must supervise their children during the event.
3. Studio Personnel
A My Art House Studio employee will be present for every 20 guests to ensure the event runs smoothly, safely, and enjoyably.
If additional supervision is required, such as for children’s parties, a Babysitter Fee of $100 will apply. This service must be requested at the time of registration.
4. Responsibilities
Parental Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise their children during the event unless a Babysitter Fee has been paid.
Damage Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any and all damages to the studio property during the event. Charges for repairs or replacement will be assessed if necessary.
Lost or Stolen Items: My Art House Studio is not responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen personal items.
5. Payments & Deposits
Deposit: A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Late Fee: A $50 late fee will be charged if the party has not vacated the studio within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the event is canceled with at least 14 days’ notice.
50% Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if the event is canceled with at least 7 days’ notice.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive a refund.
7. Other Terms
The studio is a no-smoking and no-alcohol facility.
You are welcome to bring food, drinks, and decorations, but please note that confetti, glitter, and other difficult-to-clean items are prohibited.
The client agrees to leave the space in the condition it was found. Please ensure all trash is disposed of properly and the space is cleared within the allotted time.
