Class Experience

Enter the world of optical illusions and walk away with some mind-bending art pieces. Learn how optical illusions are created, what makes them special and why our minds perceive them the way they do. We will create several different pieces using basic tools like markers, pencils and colored pencils, and colored construction paper to weave. Artists will learn to manipulate space and shapes to create an illusion of depth. Each lesson, we will work with the most basic element of art: line, to create pieces that will earn admiration and 'oohs' and 'aahs' from all. By the end of the course, each artist will be able to create their very own optical illusion art piece with their new knowledge. So don't hesitate to grab a spot.
Materials included and will be delivered to your address before the first class.
