This camp is for older (10-14 yo) artists who will have a chance to bring their fantasy creatures to life. Each artist will be provided with a base 'mask' and 'head stand' to work comfortably on their design. Variety of materials will be available to be able to construct their very own unique creations (cardboard, clay, paper mache, foam, etc). Each artists will also have an opportunity to design and construct accessories, like tail, wings, shoe covers and similar. 

Students will learn basics of cosplay design, sketch and constructing steps to bring their ideas to reality. They will be challenged to overcome obstacles and use their creative thinking to problem solve. This camp will focus on developing their spacial thinking when sculpting their very own piece. The highlight is that the artist can use the artpiece for Halloween celebration.

The charge for this class will show up as SAWYER on your CC report. We apologize for any inconvenience but the registration fee is strictly non-refundable. You may reschedule the camp to a different date with a minimum of 7 days notice based on availability of the session you choose. We REALLY can't do anything after the camp begins! We reserve the right to move the camp online at any point if we decide it necessary to keep our teachers and students safe during this time, or to comply with state and local public health safety requirements. All materials necessary for completing the projects in this camp will be delivered to your house if we are forced to move to an online platform. The materials will be packed only if the studio moves the entire class to an online platform. The materials will NOT be packed for individually missed classes. Please understand that this requires a completely different studio and time management on our part.
