Kid’s Birthday Party Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather or illness can affect your plans. However, if party tables and equipment can still be delivered to the location—even if the event is canceled due to weather or sickness—no refunds will be issued.
Please note:
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Full payment is due [48 hours] before the scheduled event.
Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
