• • ALLERGIES AND OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:  We care for your children and want them to be safe. Please let Nouveau Nutrition be aware of ANY allergies or dietary restrictions when you fill out the form. If your child has a severe allergy, this camp may not be appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns about an allergy, contact us. Please note that our facilities are not allergy free. 
• • CHANGE OF DATE OR TIME TO MY ENROLLMENT:
• • Summer schedules can change rapidly. We understand if you need to make changes to your camper’s enrollment. Per the discretion of Nouveau Nutrition, changes in date and location may be accommodated with adequate notice of 3 weeks prior to the start of your scheduled camp session. 
• • REFUND POLICY AFTER CANCELLATION
• • If camp dates can’t be changed and you wish to cancel enrollment in camp, this can often be accommodated. To do so, please email us with your cancellation request. All communications about cancellation must be in writing (email), and you should keep a copy for your records. The cancellation refund or credit is calculated using the date the written notice is actually received.
• • 21 days prior to start of session: 100% refund or credit to another class of equal value, which must be used within 6 months. 
• • 14 days prior to start of session: 50% refund or credit to another class of equal value
• • 13 days prior to start of session : No refunds will be provided
• • After 6 months, if credit is not used, it will not be valid.
• • All credits expire 6 months from original date of purchase.
• • Nouveau Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment,  due to illness or due to inclement weather.  Tuition for any class cancelled because of insufficient enrollment, illness, or inclement weather will be fully refunded.
• • No refunds or credits will be made for any incidental absences including but not limited to, illness, family vacations, or change in participants’ schedule. 
• • Please arrive five minutes prior to the start of class. We ask that students wait at their designated assembly and meeting space until
• • their class time is called and the instructor is present.
• • If your child is injured or sick please do not allow them to attend class. Children that are visibly sick, runny nose, persistent coughing,
• • etc. will be dismissed from class and asked to return at a later time. There are no refunds for children sent home due to colds or illness. 
• • CHILD NOT FEELING WELL OR MAY HAVE LICE:
• • If your child is injured or sick please do not allow them to attend class. Children that are visibly sick, runny nose, persistent coughing, etc. will be dismissed from class and asked to return at a later time. There are no refunds for children sent home due to colds or illness. If you suspect that your child may have lice, please do not send them to class. We all want healthy and lice-free children.

• • Please send your child to class with a reusable water bottle with their name on it. 
• • Sibling discount available for full week only.  A discount for multiple weeks (2 or more weeks) is also available. Must book multiple weeks in same transaction to get discount. Use code $25off in on multiple week at check out. Discounts can not be combined.
