● Early-cancel: If you cannot attend a class, please email us to reschedule your spot 12 hours before the class.
● Class credit can be used for another similar class within the next 14 days
● Rescheduling is subject to availability of spots in the class you're trying to move to.
● Late Cancel/No Show: Class credit will be forfeited after Early Cancel cutoff.
● One Early Cancel / make-up class is allowed per semester (5 or more classes).
● No Early or Late cancellations applicable for classes booked with a promo code or class package.
● Classes are not transferable.

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and towel if you'd like. • There are water fountains at the studio and restrooms to change.
• Please show your id in the lobby on the main floor. Take the elevator to the 16th floor, where the main front desk is located. • Check the studio number on the TV screen near the front desk. • Classes usually take place on the 16th or the 17th floor, but very rarely on the 10th floor as well. • At times we have to move the class to the Ripley Grier location at 305 W 38th St, which is just a block away. Please check the class details to make sure before you come.
