Learn bhangra & sweat it out! This is a cardio workout that focuses on form plus you get to take home some cool Bhangra routines. The trainers focus on a light cardio workout with emphasis on the moves and form in Bhangra.
Make-up & Cancellation Policy:
**No make-ups, cancellations or refunds for classes booked with a promo or offer code**
● Early-cancel: If you cannot attend a class, please email us to reschedule your spot 12 hours before the class.
● Class credit can be used for another similar class within the next 14 days
● Rescheduling is subject to availability of spots in the class you're trying to move to.
● Late Cancel/No Show: Class credit will be forfeited after Early Cancel cutoff.
● One Early Cancel / make-up class is allowed per semester (5 or more classes).
● No Early or Late cancellations applicable for classes booked with a promo code or class package.
● Classes are not transferable.
● Packages expire as mentioned.

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and towel if you'd like. • There are water fountains at the studio and restrooms to change.
• Check the studio number for the class on the TV screen as you enter the building, then take the elevator up. • This is an alternate location for our classes. Most of our classes are held at Ripley Grier Studios at 520 8th Ave, which is just a block away. • At times, we have to move the class at this location. Please check the class details to make sure you have the correct address before you come.
