Notes:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Pack a Water Bottle - Water fountains are available for refills.
-Pack a Lunch & Snack - Pack a lunch.  We advise against food containing peanuts.  Children may not share lunch. 
-We provide one snack per day.
-  If you have other food allergies, please provide all of your own snacks and inform us via email.  
- We suggest each child pack an additional (second) snack, in addition to the camp provided snack.

Pizza Lunch (Optional) 
Pizza days Monday & Wednesday.  
The cost for pizza (up to 3 slices) and a beverage (typically iced tea or Lemonade) is $7.00/child/day.  
Please pay the coaches at drop off Coaches will have change.

-Wear Athletic Clothing - We advise wearing long or short sleeve shirts, sneakers, shorts, sweats etc.  No crocs, sandals, or boots, please.  

- Masks - Campers are encouraged to wear masks indoors when in close quarters with other campers.  Campers may remove masks when playing activities which require vigorous physical activity, when they are 6 feet away from another camper, or during designated mask breaks.  Masks optional outdoors.   

Please apply sunscreen before arriving to camp.  No personal sporting equipment is needed (i.e. basketballs, hockey sticks, cleats, etc).
Emergency Medication - Put contents in a plastic bag with your child's name written in sharpie on the outside.  Include instructions for dispensing.  Pick up your medicine at the end of the day.  Campers should be able to self administer emergency medication such as inhalers or epi-pens.
Pick Up & Drop Off - Please drive 10mph while in the parking lot.  Please use a designated parking spot.  Campers can be dropped off in the back parking lot/gym.  If someone other than the person listed on your registration form is picking up your camper, please let us know by emailing us at: admin@obviouschoicesports.com.  There is a 5 minute grace period for pick up.  If you pick up your child 6 or more minutes after your designated pick up time, you will be charged $1 for each minute you are late (after the grace period).
Personal Belongings - No Pokemon, Mine Craft, or sports cards allowed.  Cell phones are allowed for emergency camper-parent communication only, no internet, and must stay in camper's bags during camp hours.  Other electronics may be used by extended hours campers only.  No personal sporting equipment is needed (i.e. basketballs, hockey sticks, cleats, etc).
