Meet your Instructors

Annie R.

I am the Americorp Environmental Education Intern this year and graduated from Weber State University last year with a degree in Zoology. I have a passion for animals and love working with kids! I have 20 years nanny experience and love teaching kids about nature and animals! I love hiking, camping, and just being outside in general. My goal as an instructor is to get kids excited about being in nature and learning while having fun!

Heidi C.

I have worked with animals of all kinds for about 25 years. Started at the Nature Center in 1999 as an animal care and outreach volunteer. I was lucky enough to become an Ogden Nature Center staff member 5 years ago. I am the Animal Caretaker/Wildlife Specialist/Outreach Educator. I have a BS in Zoology and a State of Utah General Falconry license. Working with animals and helping to teach people about them is my dream job. I am so very fortunate to have found the Ogden Nature Center.
