Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel (prior to the 30 days before your  start date), we will refund the full amount minus a $50 non-refundable deposit.  Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are nonrefundable. In the event that we need to cancel camp for safety reasons, we will remit a full credit applicable to any Oh! Canary offering/ product.  

There will be no refunds or credits given for missed classes due to a child being sick, due to an Oh! Canary teacher being sick and cancelling class, or for the studio closing for any reason. In the case that closing the studio for an extended period of time is the safest option for our community we will offer families virtual live or asynchronous experiences in lieu of studio classes. 

You may notice an increase in class fees which help with our smaller class sizes and extra cleaning costs.  

COVID Precautions: 

-All students must complete the COVID waiver prior to the start of their class session

-Masks required for all educators, students age 3+, and adults picking up/dropping off.

-Touch free temperature checks will be given to all students at arrival.

- Students will be offered hand sanitizer upon arrival, and hands are washed frequently as we immerse ourselves in materials.  

-Materials are sanitized before and after classes, and we are happy to supply individual materials at guardian's request.  

-Double doors will be propped open when weather permits.  Please dress in layers for cool drafts.  

-Any child exhibiting COVID-like symptoms must stay home and either show a negative test result from their health care provider before returning to class, or isolate for 10 days and be fever free for 72hrs without medication.
