Next week family and friends come together to enjoy a homemade feast and feel thankful for what we have! Best. Holiday. Ever. Kids will get started early with their gratitude practice by making a collaborative gratitude tree together. Everyone will write or draw the things they are grateful for on paper leaves to add to the tree. The paper collaging projects will continue with making our favorite foods, making a decorative center piece for the table or a welcoming paper wreath. If weather permits, we'll go to a local park after lunch! We’re flexible too! You can register your child for one or both days.
• Please bring your child in clothes that can get messy! Paint has a way of getting around even when we wear smocks. • Pack a full change of clothes, plus snowpants, hat, scarf & gloves or mittens and anything else they will need to play outside at the park. • Please pack lunch with additional snacks and a large water bottle or other drink. • Full days are 8:30am – 3pm with the option to extend care to 5:30pm and drop off early at 8am.
