Class Experience

A Zine is a small self published book or collection of text and pictures usually reproduced via a copy machine. Students will make their own small zine about a topic of their choice and we will make a class calendar, zine style, with a theme of their choice (for example: food, ghosts, dinosaurs, sports, etc) where they each make a page or two! We will make copies and each be able to take home a calendar. We will learn about printmaking and DIY methods. We will look at artists who make books, paper, and zines!
