May cancel up to 14 days in advance with full refund; may cancel up to 3 days in advance with the deposit non refundable.
Full payment due 3 days prior to the event.
$100 fee will be charged for any damage on the property
Inclement weather policy : If rain is forecasted, you may reschedule. If rain is forecasted and you would like to cancel within 3 days of the party, we can refund all the money.

Guidelines
Guests must provide own food, decorations, invitations
Guests must clean up including removing trash
$50 fee will be charged if guests do not clean up after party
Guests may not open any animal enclosure or feed any animals without garden staff present
Fill out and sign Birthday Party Waiver
Guest Limit : 15 children, 15 adults; $5 each additional guest - 30 guest limit on animal interactions
