Cancellation and Refund Policy
12 month minimum commitment. After that, cancel with 30 days’ written notice; membership remains active and billed during that time. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No pauses, prorating, or credits for missed visits, travel, or illness. Non-attendance does not extend membership. Limited exceptions (e.g., medical or relocation) may be considered at Our House Baltimore’s discretion.
