Looking for a stress-free and joy-filled way to celebrate your little one’s big day? We’ve got you covered. At Peas Playcare, we host thoughtfully curated birthday parties that are just the right mix of structured fun and free play—so that kids are entertained, and grown-ups can relax and enjoy, too. Whether you’re planning a first birthday or a fifth, we’ll help you celebrate in style (and clean up after!).
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- 1.5 hour time slot
Time slots available: 10:00 - 11:30am or 3:00 - 4:30pm
- Friendly party hosts to guide the fun and keep everything running smoothly.
- 1.5 hours in our private party room, with the party structured how you would like.
- Private, sun-filled party room with beautiful wooden tables, kid-friendly seating, and plenty of standing room for adults.
- Customizable setup — choose from our adorable party chairs. Table layouts and heights can be arranged to suit your celebration.
- Pizza and juices for kids (gluten-free & dairy-free options available).
- Cake time! You bring the cake or cupcakes - we can provide a 12" cake stand, as well as cake cutters.
- Prefer ice cream over cake? Let us know and we can coordinate to provide local gelato.

- Available slots are Saturday and Sunday, either 10am-11:30am or 3pm-4:30pm.
- Party size: Up to 16 kids. Need to add more? Add on 4 more kids for $100, up to 30 children.
- Want to include local specialty pizza pies for adults? Let us know and we can build it in.
- Cost is $500 for Peas Members or $600 for Non-Members.
- Custom add-ons available for additional cost — collaborate with us for ideas.
Headcount:Package includes 16 children. You can add more children in increments of 4 for $100. (IE: +4 children = $100, +8 children = $200) (Can request additional headcount)

- 45-Minute Music Entertainment - Our music teacher Bess sings and plays guitar, leading kids’ favorite songs and getting everyone involved with shakers, tambourines, and ribbons. +$100
- Additional 4 children +$100
- Additional 3 hours of open play post-party for the guests +$150
- Themed Decoration Package - Tablecloths, plates, balloons, and coordinating decor in the theme of your choice. +$100
Peas Playcare birthday parties are fully refundable up to two weeks before the party dates. Cancelations less than 2 weeks in advance are half refunded.
