Pool Party
Celebrate at the PMC!
The Pediatric Movement Center is the perfect place to host your private event such as a birthday party, baby shower or get-together! When you have your next event at the PMC you receive exclusive use of our facility, including our salt water pool, and space for food and presents after your pool time. Parties at the PMC are stress free! Our instructors will setup & cleanup after your celebration!
Communication you will receive to plan your party: A call two weeks prior and a text the Friday before.
Your payment is due the Friday before your party.

*THIS IS AN INQUIRY and a PMC staff member will be in contact with you as soon as possible. If you are placing your booking on a Sunday please allow additional time for staff to respond.
*In your your party request please indicate your preferred method of communication (Email, text or phone) and back up dates/times we could go ahead and look at if your first date is not available.

Pool party terms and conditions -
*Please note if there is a necessary pool closure your pool party will be canceled or postponed. For more information on this please call our office at 301-739-5437 ext. 110.
*EACH guest must have a waiver signed and turned in before they can participate. In the case of minors, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the waiver. It will be printed at the party.
*Each guest must bring the necessary floats and undergarments.
*There is a possibility of pool closure the day of the party which would result in the cancellation or postponing of the party.
*If guests are unable to swim by themselves a parent or guardian is required to be in the pool with them.
*The parents or guardians of children attending this party are required to stay on site for the remainder of the party.
*Children that are not potty trained are required to wear the appropriate garments underneath of their swim suit.
*All individuals entering the pool must have swimwear on.
*Deposit- $100 deposit must be paid to book the party. This deposit is nonrefundable.
*The remainder of your party balance is due the Friday prior to your party.
*Deposits must be paid within 24 hours to secure your spot. If it is not paid in that time frame PMC reserves the right to archive the party.

*Party parents may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. If you have items to drop off in advance, we can arrange a time for you to leave them with our staff for setup.
*Food must be consumed during the designated time at the end of the party. For safety reasons, children may not re-enter the pool after eating.
*Parties must vacate the facility within 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
