Scholar Party Policy

Reservation & Deposit
- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your party date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. ---- Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
- Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of your booking request. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your requested date may be released and made available to other guests.

Guest Count
- The Scholar – Shared Play Experience includes up to 15 participating children, including the birthday child and participating siblings.
- Additional children may be added for $15 per child, up to a maximum of 24 participating children.
- Please provide your final child guest count one week prior to your event.

Arrival & Party Duration
- The host family may arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up decorations, food, and other party items.
- Guests should arrive no earlier than the scheduled party start time.
- Your reservation includes 2 hours, featuring a reserved private party room and shared access to the PlayPen play areas during your celebration.
- A 20-minute grace period is provided after your party to gather your personal belongings and exit the facility while our team prepares for the next event.
- Additional party time may be available for an additional fee and must be requested and approved in advance.
- *Example*: If your party begins at 2:00 PM, the host family may arrive at 1:40 PM for setup, guests may arrive at 2:00 PM, the party concludes at 4:00 PM, and all belongings should be removed by 4:20 PM.

Food & Decorations
- You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, beverages, and decorations to personalize your celebration.
- Helium balloons, centerpieces, table decorations, and freestanding décor are welcome.
- Decorations may not be taped, nailed, stapled, glued, or otherwise attached to the walls, ceilings, windows, doors, or fixtures.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on PlayPen property.
Waivers & Supervision
- All participating children must have a completed PlayPen liability waiver on file before entering the play area.
- We encourage hosts to share the waiver with guests before the event to help expedite check-in.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

Socks Required
- For the safety and cleanliness of our play space, shoes are not permitted in the play areas.
- Socks are required for both children and adults. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
Cleanup
- PlayPen staff will handle general facility cleanup following your event.
- We simply ask that you remove all personal decorations, gifts, and leftover food before departing.
- A 20-minute grace period is provided after your party to gather your belongings and exit the facility so our team can prepare for the next event.

Rescheduling
-If the birthday child becomes ill or severe weather impacts your event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your party.
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original event date and are subject to availability.
- While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Policies
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on PlayPen property.
- Outside entertainers, inflatables, or rental equipment must receive prior approval from PlayPen.
- The host is responsible for the conduct of all party guests and for any damage to the facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
- Party reservations end at the scheduled time unless additional time has been approved and purchased in advance.

By submitting your reservation request and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Party Policy.
