RULES:
- Each private party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the PlayWell Brooklyn space, including play time on the equipment and singing Happy Birthday. The package also includes a half hour before and after the party for set up and cleanup.

- An adult must accompany each child and sign a waiver for each child entering the PlayWell facility. No waiver, no play!

$400 Non-refundable payment for booking is due when scheduling the party and any add-ons must be confirmed at least one week before the party. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event.

For everyone’s safety and due to liability reasons, no drinks in glass bottles will be served or allowed on the premises.
OTHER FORBIDDEN ITEMS INCLUDE:
-Nuts (we are a nut-free facility)
-Glass (bottles, plates/bowls, more)
-Cotton candy
-Confetti
-Ring-pops
-Piñatas
-Glitter
-We suggest against bringing ice cream since we do not have a freezer

***Please be advised of the following:
-Bringing forbidden items will incur a $200 fee (applied to your final balance).
-A gratuity of 12% of the total bill will be automatically applied to your balance. This policy ensures that our dedicated staff are fairly compensated for their efforts. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If for some reason, you need to reschedule your party date or if the party is canceled within 14 days of the booking date, there will be a $100 Change Fee applied. (This fee is in addition to the $400 non-refundable deposit you paid upon booking).
