We do parties and private events on weekend afternoons

Premium Birthday Package includes:
- Everything in Basic Package
- Up to 12 Children + Birthday Child
- 2-hour private party with Unlimited Open Play
- One water/juice box for each child
- Party staff to assist from set-up to clean-up
- Free return open play pass for the birthday child

- 4 pizzas from Da Nonna Rosa
- Cake (feeds 12) **
- Decor package and we set everything up for you!

Please be advised that the tip is not included in our birthday party package. However, we highly recommend tipping our party staff as they work hard to ensure that your event runs smoothly and that you and your guests have a wonderful time. Tipping is a way to show your appreciation for their hard work and dedication to making your event a success. If you have any questions or concerns about tipping, please do not hesitate to ask our staff for guidance.

Policy

RULES:
- Each private party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the PlayWell Brooklyn space, including play time on the equipment and singing Happy Birthday. The package also includes a half hour before and after the party for set up and breakdown of any additional decor you may bring in.

- An adult must accompany each child and sign a waiver for each child entering the PlayWell facility. No waiver, no play!

- 50% Non-refundable payment for booking is due at the time of scheduling the party and any add-ons must be confirmed at least one week prior to the party. Balance is due at least 7 days before the scheduled party.

- For everyone’s safety and due to liability reasons, no alcohol or drinks in glass bottles will be served or allowed on the premises.

- Please let us know if you will be bringing your own themed tablecloths, napkins, and/or plates. Please contact us to discuss BYO Food options!

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If for some reason, you need to reschedule your party date there will be a $25 Change Fee applied. There will be a $100 non-refundable fee if the party is canceled within 14 days of the booking date.
