In this class you will practice developmental movement patterns with your baby that will expand their range of movement, strengthen their core, ease abdominal discomfort, and develop coordination. Coordinating baby's movements eases their transitions to successful crawling and walking, creating movement pathways in the brain that will serve them their entire lives. Also included in the class will be gentle stretching for the care-taker and a 15 minute parenting Q & A at the end of each class.
