Wear your baby and burn some calories at the same time! In this one hour sweat session ADULTS will enjoy practicing calisthenics that incorporate Pilates, strength training and ballet movements to develop long lean muscles all while wearing your baby in these post partum friendly workouts. We will also work on diastasis recti. Socks are required.

Please bring your own mat! Please wear socks and bring your baby carrier! Please be on time. Babies must be changed in the back bathroom. Strollers must be parked outside.
