Rates & Party Details
● Base Rate: $249 for up to 10 children (including the birthday child)
● Additional Children: $15 per child (maximum of 20 total children)
● Party Includes:
○ 1.5 hours of STEM activity led by our instructors (The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to food and cake cutting)
○ A custom 3D print gift for the birthday celebrant
○ A Ready Set Code T-shirt for the birthday celebrant
Deposits & Payments
● A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. ● The remaining balance (based on final headcount) is due 2 days prior to the party date
● Accepted forms of payment are through our online portal which will be emailed to you.
Final Headcount
● A final confirmation of the number of attendees is due 7 days before the party
● This ensures we have adequate staffing and materials for all guests.
● If more children attend than confirmed, we will invoice the balance due after the party based on our additional guest rate.

Food & Decorations
● If guests choose to bring their own food, it must be limited to non-messy, easy-to-serve items such as pizza or sandwiches. Items that require extensive cleanup or have the potential to stain or damage the facility are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space.
● You may also bring your own decorations, paper goods, and party supplies. Please let us know what exact items you are bringing.
● A refrigerator is available for cake or drinks, if needed.
Liability & Supervision
● Ready Set Code staff will lead and supervise all STEM activities. However, a minimum of one adult must remain present during the party to assist with food, restroom breaks, and general supervision.
● We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items brought to the party.
● Parents/guardians are liable for any damages caused to the facility or equipment by party guests.

Photo & Video Consent
● Ready Set Code may take photos and/or videos during your party to capture special moments and highlight our programming.
● These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, flyers, and our website.
● If you or any attending family prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance so we can honor your request.

Cancellations
● Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
● Parties may be rescheduled depending on availability and with at least 7 days' notice.
