DETAILS:
✔All classes will be held every other Saturday at Snapper Creek Park
✔enhance creativity
✔instill cooperation (sibling fights anyone??)
✔release ENERGY and endorphins (reduce stress / anxiety)
✔build healthy habits, confidence and character
✔Classes are 60 min, 40 minutes structured play and 20 minutes free play
✔We end each class with a special treat: popsicles! Always a hit and refreshing!
✔All classes include strength, flexibility, and endurance AND an educational topic
