Kidding Around Family Bedtime Yoga is a family activity specially designed to bring your children to a peaceful place before bedtime. Parents will leave this class each month with new techniques to bring home to use for calming, relaxation, and stress reducers. No yoga experience needed. This is an all levels class. For ages 18 months through 95 years old!

Class will be held in the Mind & Body Studio.
