Kids Birthday Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because our party slots, staffing, and studio time are reserved exclusively for your event, all payments are collected in full at the time of booking. The following terms outline our cancellation and rescheduling process.

Payment

• Full payment is required at booking to secure your date and time.
• Your payment confirms staffing, space rental, preparation, and materials for your event.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email.

More than 30 days before the party
• You will receive an 80% refund.
• 20% is retained as an administrative and scheduling fee.

15–30 days before the party
• You will receive a 50% refund.
• 50% is retained to cover staffing and space allocation.

14 days or fewer before the party
• No refund is available.
Late cancellations cannot be refunded due to staffing, scheduling, and material commitments already made for your event.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is considered a new reservation of studio space and staff time.

More than 30 days before the party
• You may reschedule once at no additional fee, subject to availability.

15–30 days before the party
• Rescheduling is allowed with a $75 rescheduling fee.

14 days or fewer
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• If we can accommodate a new date, a $150 rescheduling fee applies.

Illness Policy
• We do not offer refunds for illness.
• We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule based on availability.
• If no suitable date is available, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Weather Policy
The party will proceed as scheduled unless the studio must close for safety reasons.
• If the studio closes, you may reschedule at no fee.

Late Arrivals
• All parties begin and end at the reserved time.
• Late arrivals do not extend the booking window.

Studio Damage
Families are responsible for any damage to studio property caused by guests.
