Roads to Success at Spring Recess Program

Program Description:

A week-long holiday camp program that helps young people gain the skills to be positive members of their communities and identify future potential pathways. 

Theme – Around the World:

Throughout the week, participants will go on a journey around the world to understand and learn about the aspects of different cultures. Participants will focus on music, art, cuisine, language, and much more about the overall way of life in different continents and countries around the world. By the end of the week, students will be able to create a gallery-walk and take-home projects that showcase their work and journey around the world.

Special themes and days include:

• Monday, April 10th – Asia
• Tuesday, April 11th – Europe
• Wednesday, April 12th – Africa
• Thursday, April 13th – South America
• Friday, April 14th – North America

Each day is very active at RTS, where every child will participate in:

• 
  Enrichment activities (visual or performing arts, sports and team building, science, service learning, and more).
• 
  Academic skill support (reading activities, or academic games).
• 
  Community circles (cheers, group games, appreciation ceremonies, etc.).
• Snacks
• Community Experience Trips
