We’re so honored to host your celebration! To keep each party smooth and stress-free for everyone, please review our studio policies before booking.

Deposits & Balance Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. This allows us to purchase materials, prepare your activity setup, and hold your space exclusively for your group.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If payment isn’t received by that date, your reservation may be released to another family.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Reschedules: You may reschedule your party up to 14 days before your event with no penalty, pending studio availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows or day-of cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate unexpected situations with grace, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Guest Count Changes
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event so we can prepare materials and staffing accordingly.
If additional guests attend on the day of the party, we will do our best to accommodate although all materials may not be available however the per-guest fee will be added to your remaining balance if we can accommodate

Studio Safety & Liability
Root to Bloom is a creative, hands-on environment. We use age-appropriate materials and take safety precautions with all our activities, but please note that participation is at your own risk.
By booking a party, the host acknowledges that Root to Bloom and its facilitators are not liable for accidental injury, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property during the event.
Parents are responsible for supervising any siblings or non-participating children who remain in the studio.

Food & Allergies
Families are welcome to bring their own cake, snacks, and beverages. Please note that our studio is not an allergen-free environment, and we cannot guarantee the absence of common allergens (e.g., gluten, nuts, dairy).

Respect & Enjoyment
We want every celebration to feel calm, joyful, and welcoming. We reserve the right to pause or adjust activities if behaviors compromise safety or the creative environment for others.

Agreement
By submitting your booking form and deposit, you agree to these policies and confirm that you understand our deposit, rescheduling, and liability terms.
