Make your next celebration unforgettable with Sawubona Creativity Project: A Theatrical Birthday Bash. This one-of-a-kind event is filled with laughter, imagination and fun!
The party kicks off with our professional performance artists leading guests through fun, high-energy interactive improv and storytelling games—then the excitement continues as they perform a hilarious, one-of-a-kind show inspired by the audience’s own creations!
Our Birthday Party Packages include 2 hours of total party time, complete with *set-up and breakdown, board games, arts & crafts and three engaging party hosts to keep the fun flowing. *concession stand is available by donation for extra treats!
All you need to do is provide any specialty decorations (48 hours in advance) and bring/order your own food and cake — we’ll handle the rest! Parents can relax in our comfortable lounge area while we take care of the kiddos.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment Policy
To ensure that we can provide the best experience for your event SCP requires:
- a non-refundable deposit of $100 at the time of reservation
- balance due must be paid 2 weeks prior to the party date
-we accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or Venmo
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to receive a refund (minus deposit) or to reschedule without penalty.
Late Cancellations:
⦿Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
No-Show Policy:
⦿If a participant does not attend and no prior notice is given, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Special Circumstances:
⦿Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Sawubona Creativity Project.
