A note from the Head Magicians: To make things easier for everyone, we register a wide range of ages into one class and then add teachers and breakout rooms as necessary. Our goal is always towards student success and we adjust and modify our curriculum as we go based on student needs. 

Magic School is geared towards those students who want to truly study stage magic and perform it, too!  In fun after-school classes with a live instructor, students learn the building blocks of magic effects and the secrets of successful routines, collaborate with their peers, and increase their confidence.  

As they level up in the curriculum, they will start to perform in live shows, unlock special workshops, and earn special enamel pins!  

The SOMA Magic School curriculum was designed by two professional magicians who are also trained educators. It is engineered to effectively teach the core concepts of stage magic, storytelling, and performance skills.

School of Magic Arts magic kits are provided to each student, mailed upon registration. Kits include a deck of cards, a magician’s silk, sponge balls, a notebook and pencil, and magician’s rope. Magic kits will be sent to you to the address provided upon registration.
