Team Building / Corporate events in the location of your choice (our studio or your location) -perfect for employee appreciation, holidays, team building practices and more! Parties include an experienced artist, painting choice and size, step-by-step instruction, supplies, easels, aprons, studio time (up to 2.5 hours). You provide tables, chairs, table clothes, water (for paints) and food and beverage (if you choose) at your location. Team Building choices: collaborative painting, team Puzzles, and straight Paint Minimum 12 people.

Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum of 12 people for a private party (regular class for a group) – Parties are usually 1pm-3pm & 4pm-6pm.
Minimum of 20 on Friday Nights (7pm-9pm) and Saturday nights (7pm-9pm). – Non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. -Certificates/vouchers/coupons are NOT redeemable for private parties. – -Holidays available – additional $125 to party packages –Customer responsible for food and clean – up. –NO CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENTS FOR NO SHOWS – NO EXCEPTIONS!–Must attend studio or party for services and supplies.

-Plan on arriving 30 minutes before the party set-up.
-50% non-refundable booking deposit (applied to balance). All parties must be prepaid in full 7 days before the day of the party. All sales are final. We are sorry, but we cannot give refunds or issue credits for no-shows. Note: If the balance is not paid in full, the party will be automatically canceled without the non-refundable deposit.
-Certified Check, Credit Card, and Cash. No personal checks.
Please make all certified checks and money orders payable to the respective art center: Seven Arts Center. Credit cards are accepted online, over the phone or at the studio.
-We ask that you give us 5 days notice if you need to cancel to reschedule. We charge a $100 rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 5 days of your events are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations should be made by phone or by emailing us at sevenartscenter@gmail.com. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space.
-Parental Responsibility-Seven Arts Center or PSC does not accept responsibility for children except when under the supervision of the appropriate employee in our art studio. Parents are responsible for children in the party setting. Parents are responsible for paying for any studio damages caused by their minor child. *The parent is under a duty to exercise reasonable care so to control his minor child as to prevent it from intentionally harming others or from so conducting itself as to create an unreasonable risk of bodily harm.
-What should I wear?
We provide aprons, but we recommend wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
