Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions and Semi‑Private Sessions
+ Payment is required at the time of booking.
+ You must cancel 24 hours or more before the session start time to return the session to your account for future use.
+ If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the session will still be deducted from your account.
+ If you do not attend and do not cancel, the session will still be deducted from your account.
