Description
Join Silly Hearts Yoga for Kids for a fun and engaging session of yoga. In each class students will learn breathing techniques to help increase calm and focus, yoga poses to build flexibility, balance and confidence, and play yoga games to help build relationships and have fun! By the end of the session students will know a variety of yoga poses and will be able to demonstrate a yoga flow (series of poses). Students are encouraged to participate at their own ability level- all are welcome, no experience needed!
