All parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits or hold dates without payment. Each celebration allows a maximum of 20 people total, including parents, siblings, and non-participating guests. Workshops are designed and prepped for up to 15 children, and we cannot accommodate additional participants beyond that limit.

A parent or guardian must remain on site for the entire duration of the event. Outside food, cake, and drinks are welcome, and a refrigerator is available for storage. However, there is no way to heat or keep items warm.

Spark Play Studio staff handles setup and cleanup related to the party package, but guests are expected to remove personal items, food, and decorations before leaving. Excessive messes or damage left behind may result in a cleaning fee or loss of future booking privileges.
