Private Events Art Party Package Deposit
Deposit: $150 for Annual Thank You Sale, $50 off. Offer ends 12/31/2025
So glad you have chosen Sparkologie as your destination for your next event! To ensure a successful party please review & complete all the steps:

- Next, have you filled out the form? If not please do so here.
- By putting this deposit down, means you agree to our terms & conditions.
If you have done all these steps you are ready to secure your date!
- A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date.
- Confirmation on party details is required atleast 3 weeks in advance. We will reach out to you. If you fail to respond, you forfeit your reserved date & time. - Sparkologie has the right to fulfill that spot with another interested party.
- Complete party balance is due to 3 days prior to party date. Failure to do this will cancel to party.

Sparkologie Birthday Party Policy
We're excited to celebrate your special day with creativity and fun! To help everything run smoothly, please review our birthday party policies:
*Booking & Payment*
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final headcount and remaining balance are due 5 days before the party.
*Party Details*
Parties are 2 hours long and include a guided Art or STEM project, time for food/cake, pictures, and singing & celebration as well as bathroom &/or wiggle break.
We provide all art materials and instruction.
Hosts may arrive 15- 30 minutes early to set up. Depending on how you want to split up your total 2 hours of time.
*Guests*
Parties include up to 10 children. Additional guests may be added for a per-child fee (space permitting).
At least one parent/guardian must remain onsite during the event.
*Food & Decorations*
You’re welcome to bring your own nut-free food, drinks, and cake.
Decorations are allowed but must be easy to set up and take down.
*Cancellation*
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. No refunds for cancellations or non reschedule times.
No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations (30 days prior to date)
