🎭 Birthday Party Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Spotlight: Children’s Theatre for your child’s special day! To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please review our deposit and cancellation policies below:

💵 Deposit Policy
    •    A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your party date and time.
    •    Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
    •    The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the day and time of the party.

❌ Cancellation Policy
    •    Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party date.
    •    If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you may apply your deposit to a future party or program within 6 months.
    •    Cancellations made within 6 days of the party will forfeit the deposit and may be responsible for any additional incurred costs (e.g., custom orders or supplies purchased).

🔁 Rescheduling
    •    We understand that plans can change! You may reschedule your party once without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
    •    Reschedule requests made within 6 days may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

    •    Spotlight reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility emergencies or inclement weather. In such cases, full deposits will be refunded or transferred.
