Bring your group to STEAMboat Studio for a private session of Make & Create! You and your guests can explore, invent, build, and get creative with a wide variety of art, craft, and maker supplies. No guided activities or instruction, just time and space to create together with your group.

Great for family gatherings, corporate events, or just a night out with friends! Price includes up to 10 participants. Additional guests above 10 are just $20 each. We can accommodate 18-24 participants, depending on the number of non-participating adults. Price includes the items below, plus 10 Maker Credits (a $5 value) for each guest for upgrades like canvases, motors, and more! (If would like specific add-ons for your guests, we recommend requesting these in advance to ensure we have enough inventory for your entire group.)

You’re welcome to bring food and drinks for your group. Please note: we do not have a separate party or dining space, so food must be enjoyed in the studio alongside your projects.

We provide everything you and your guests will need for a fun creative experience:

A curated mix of maker materials: Pom poms, beads, feathers, corks, small dowels & wood parts, craft sticks, straws, and more

Creative essentials: art paper, construction paper, scrap papers and tissue, bulk collage papers, scrap cardboard, foam board pieces, and a rotating mix of surplus materials from our regular classes

Paints, glues, and tapes: watercolor, acrylic, and tempera paints; assorted glues and adhesives; colored masking tape and duct tape. 
For projects requiring large quantities of tape, full rolls are available for purchase in the store.

Decorative extras: glitter, sequins, and other fun supplies (varies by session)

Specialty papers (up to 3 sheets per participant): watercolor paper, cardstock, heavy art paper, etc.

Project base of your choice: wood, cardboard, pizza box, etc.

Shared tools: scissors, brushes, paper and wood punches, cutting tools (kid-safe cutters available), glue guns (for older kids & adults), markers, colored pencils, crayons, and more.

Each participant receives 10 Maker Credits to apply toward premium items such as: .

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted at private Make & Create sessions only if the event host obtains a valid Washington State banquet permit in advance. The permit must be displayed during the event. All guests must be 21+.
