Customer Policy for Adult Events

Booking & Deposit:
To reserve your event with Stellar Creative Arts, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit secures your date and our commitment. The reservation is only confirmed once Stellar receives both your event request and the deposit. The deposit will be applied toward the total event cost.

Packages start at $225 for up to 6 participants. Additional guests can be added at $30 per person.

Project Style Options:
At Stellar, we offer two different styles of art experiences to suit your group’s vibe- you get to choose the one that works best for your event:

Process-Based Projects focus on creativity and personalization. Each guest receives guidance, supplies, and support to create a piece that reflects their own design choices. These workshops are ideal for socializing, as guests can move at their own pace without needing to follow strict steps. Projects like wood signs, wine glass painting, charm necklace making, or tote bags are great examples.

Step-by-Step Projects are more structured and involve the entire group following along as the instructor leads everyone through the same project. These are perfect if you’d like everyone to create a similar final piece- for example, a guided canvas painting based on a theme (like florals, beach scenes, or custom requests).

You’re welcome to select the format that best fits your group’s preferences. If you're unsure, we're happy to help guide you based on your event goals and guest list.

Included Project Options:
The $225 base package includes step-by-step or process-based projects such as canvas painting, tote bag decorating, or wine glass painting. These are beginner-friendly experiences.

If you select a different or more advanced project outside of these options, an additional materials fee of $10 per person will be added to cover the cost of specialty supplies and prep.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Event deposits are non-refundable. For rescheduling, we will try to accommodate you based on availability. The deposit can be transferred to a new date within 12 months.

Payment:
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Stellar will contact you to confirm your event and request the remaining balance prior to the event. Failure to pay on time may result in event cancellation and retention of the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Event Details:
Stellar Creative Arts provides a 60–120 minute guided art session, including an art instructor and all necessary materials. You are responsible for providing tables, chairs, table coverings, and adequate workspace. We will arrive 30–60 minutes before the event to set up.

Customer Responsibilities:

Provide an adequate working space, tables, chairs, and table coverings

Ensure access to an electrical outlet for drying equipment (if needed)

Provide water if necessary for the selected medium

Pricing:
Costs are contingent upon project selection, number of participants, and event location. A final headcount must be provided at least 3 days before the event.

Travel Policy:
Events located outside a 30-mile radius of our base will incur an additional travel fee of $50 for every 10 miles beyond the initial 30 miles. This fee ensures coverage for time and travel expenses.

Booking:
To book your event, please click "EVENT REQUEST" and complete the form. Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of both your request and the deposit.
