

Make your child’s celebration unforgettable with a creative, hands-on art experience from Stellar Creative Arts!
Each event includes a 45–60 minute interactive art session designed for children aged 5 and up. We provide all supplies, setup, instruction, and cleanup – you just provide the tables, chairs, and supervision if hosted off-site.
Our activities follow a process-based model, encouraging children to explore their creativity, make independent choices, and enjoy the act of making without pressure for perfection. Every project is designed to be fun, engaging, and open-ended so that no two creations are ever the same!

**Booking & Deposit:**
To book your youth event with Stellar Creative Arts, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. The reservation is confirmed only once we receive both your event request and deposit. The deposit will be applied towards the total event cost.
**Cancellation or Rescheduling:**
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. The deposit can be transferred to a new date within 12 months.
**Payment:**
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Failure to pay on time may result in event cancellation with the deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
**Event Details:**
For Offsite Events: We provide a 45-60 minute art session, including an art instructor and all necessary materials. You must supply tables, chairs, table coverings, and adequate workspace. Our team will arrive 30-60 minutes before the event to set up.
**Customer Responsibilities:**
- Provide tables, chairs, and table coverings
- Ensure adequate working space
- Provide an electrical outlet for drying equipment
- Supply water if necessary for medium
- Supervise children before and after the class, as we do not offer supervision outside of instruction time
**Pricing:**
Costs start at $225 for 10 participants, with $25 for each additional child up to a maximum of 20. Pricing is contingent on project selection, number of participants, and event location. The final headcount is due 3 days prior to the event date.
** Travel Policy:**
Events located outside a 30-mile radius of our base will incur an additional travel fee of $50 for every 10 miles beyond the initial 30 miles. This fee ensures coverage for time and travel expenses.
**Booking:**
