

Stellar Creative Arts is excited to bring meaningful, process-based art experiences to your camp, school, church, or organization. Our programming is designed for students aged 5 and up and can accommodate up to 30 children per session, with all necessary art supplies provided.
Choose a one-time visit or a multi-day series tailored to your group’s needs. Our professional instructor and assistant(s) handle setup, guidance, and cleanup – all you need to provide are tables, chairs, and access to water.
Unlike traditional step-by-step lessons, our approach focuses on creative exploration and self-expression. Every project is designed to celebrate the joy of making, encouraging students to experiment with different materials, make their own choices, and take pride in the process – not just the final result.

-Open-ended canvas or watercolor painting
-Drawing with pencil, pastel, or pen & ink
-Abstract or emotion-based art
-Tote bag design
-Ceramics decorating/ painting
-Friendship bracelets
-Themed projects: ocean, animals, nature, outer space, seasons, and holiday-inspired art

**Booking & Deposit:**
To book an enrichment program with Stellar Creative Arts, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit secures your event date and helps cover materials and preparation costs. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total event cost.
**Payment:**
50% of the total payment for the art program is due 1 week prior to the starting date. The remaining 50% will be due upon our arrival at your organization. Pricing is per participant and depends on age, session duration, materials required, location, and total number of participants.
**Event Preparation:**
The host organization is responsible for providing tables, chairs, table coverings, and an adequate workspace for the session. Access to electrical outlets for drying equipment and water is also required. Students should be kept in a separate space during setup to minimize distractions.
**Cancellation & Rescheduling:**
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 15 days before the event to avoid additional fees. Cancellations within 15 days will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months if rescheduling is needed.
** Travel Policy:**
Events located outside a 30-mile radius of our base will incur an additional travel fee of $50 for every 10 miles beyond the initial 30 miles. This fee ensures coverage for time and travel expenses.
