Booking & Deposit:
- To secure your bridal event, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit confirms your reservation and Stellar’s commitment to your event.
- Your reservation will only be confirmed once Stellar Creative Arts receives your completed event request and deposit.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total event cost.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, we will work with you to accommodate a new date based on availability.
- Deposits can be transferred to a new date within 12 months.
Payment:
- The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event.
- Stellar Creative Arts will confirm your event details and request final payment beforehand. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
Event Details:
- Stellar Creative Arts provides all necessary materials and instruction for your selected art activity.
- You are responsible for providing tables, chairs, table coverings if necessary, and an adequate workspace for your guests.
- We will arrive 30-60 minutes before the event to handle setup.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure there is an adequate working space, including tables, and chairs.
- Provide access to an electrical outlet if required for equipment (e.g., drying stations).
- Supply water if necessary for certain art mediums.
Pricing:
- The package starts at $225 for up to 6 participants, with an additional $32 per person beyond the initial 6.
- Pricing is based on your chosen project, number of participants, and event location.
- A confirmed headcount is required at least 2 weeks before the event to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Travel Policy:
- Events held outside a 30-mile radius of our base will incur an additional travel fee of $50 for every 10 miles beyond the initial 30 miles.
Booking Your Bridal Event:
- To book your bridal event, click "EVENT REQUEST" and complete the form. A representative from Stellar Creative Arts will reach out to discuss your event request, details, activity options, and request your deposit.
- Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive both your request and deposit.
