This week is all about merging traditional technology (microcontrollers along with electronic components like LEDs, servos motors, sensors, etc) with traditional craft art. Campers will learn to wire and program basic electronics using a Hummingbird Duo Microcontroller. They will then bring their creations to life by inventing their own craft robots. Project examples include fire-breathing dragons, intruder alarms, lighthouses, and more! This particular camp targets students in the 3rd - 5th grade range. An alternative week cover similar material but targets 5th - 8th graders.
