For peace of mind, we recommend renters obtain day-of event insurance, which is inexpensive and easy to secure.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our booking system, we have the following cancellation policy for renting the School House:
Cancellations Made 15 Days or More in Advance: Full refund of the rental fee.
Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less in Advance: 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations Made 7 Days or Less in Advance: No refund will be issued.
Date Changes: If you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. If a new date is available, we will accommodate the change, but a rescheduling fee may apply.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. We recommend purchasing event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
