Description
Spotted, stripy, colorful - we will draw and paint all of the creatures of the jungle together with the unseen tropical plants and flowers. Inspired by one of our favorite artists Henri Rousseau, we will create our own tropical fantasies! But first we will transform ourselves - by making large paper masks of animals of choice and learning jungle sounds. When masks are ready, we will work on a collage and of course a giant jungle acrylic paintings.
Notes:
Please pack lunch, small snack and a water bottle for your child. If your child has allergies, please let us know about them prior to coming. If weather permits, we go outside to the playground, which is just a minute away. If sunscreen is needed, please provide your favorite brand or we will use kid's friendly sunscreen of our choice. Lastly, we suggest that kids wear paint friendly clothes, acrylic paint will stay permanent on clothing.
